if i was going to acquire a season of the show to watch, where would you recommend i start? like, is it great from Episode 1 onward, or does it not really get great until later in the series?
Seasons one through three are in my mind the best. The show follows a linear plot (or as near to a linear plot as a space-jumping/time-shifting/tongue-in-cheek sci-fi can get) so take the plunge with season one and see how you like it. The clip above is from episode two of season one. I think there are eight or nine seasons in total, but I always find myself watching the first three repeatedly.
